It is not often I am impressed by a business these days. But I was with Mathew Hoffman from Hofftek IT - Solutions.
I had a major laptop crash and phoned Mathew for help. He came to our office the same day and used his IT gadget to take my information from my dead laptop and put it onto another laptop. I was back up and running within hours of the original crash!
Mathew designed a calendar for both of my offices to use. This enables us to plan our jobs without having double booked our builders.
He changed our computers to another web explorer, this has stopped so many little troublesome problems we were having prior to this.
The best part about Mathew? He doesn’t talk geek! I can understand what he is suggesting to me. And he understands my limitations. I have found him to be very cost effective and efficient.
